Week 2 of our 21 days of fasting and prayer came to an end with this awesome word by Priscilla teaching us from 1 Corinthians 3 to be bold because we have confidence in Christ! We looked at David and learned 5 lessons on obedience and boldness:
1. Obedience doesn’t just apply to a direct instruction - In the absence of a direct instruction are you still obedient to God and His precepts2. ⁠There is a reward for obedience 3. ⁠There is a penalty for disobedience4. Boldness has to filter through every aspect of our lives - it cannot be in one area alone5. Be careful that your boldness does not lead to vain pursuits and arrogance
